Knowing who has your gear is essential. The booking feature lets you track who has your gear and reminds the renter when to bring it back to its storage room.
To use this feature, select an item from an item category and press the "Check Out" button.
Once on the Check Out page, you can select the date the item will be loaned out and enter the person's email address. Keep in mind that you can enter any email address for the borrower. If you need to add another item to the order, the system allows you to do so after entering the contact and date information.
If you add additional items to the order, you must click the "click here when finished" button to complete the order process.
Find boxes also allow the system to select an item from an item category for check-out. Users can do this by clicking "First Available Check Out" on the item category page.
If the item is not checked in by the check-in date, a reminder email will be sent daily to the borrower until the item is returned.
